Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations for which no valid credit/debit card details are provided, which have not been paid in advance or for which a deposit has not been made in advance are considered by the hotel as non-guaranteed reservations.

Unguaranteed reservations are held by the hotel until 12:00 noon on the day of arrival, after which the hotel reserves the right to release the room without prior notice.

Reservations

For individual bookings, guaranteed or paid in advance:

  • The deadline for cancellation of a reservation, without penalty, is five days prior to arrival. The deposit paid must be returned within 30 days of the request for cancellation. In case of cancellation and refund of the deposit, we will charge a handling fee of 25 lei plus bank charges.

  • For cancellations made less than three days but up to 48 hours before arrival, the first night's accommodation will be charged and deducted from the deposit.

  • For cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show after 19:00 on the day of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and deducted from the deposit.

  • In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to vacate the room(s) for the remainder of the stay.

Check in before 16:00 and check out after 11:00 will be honoured by the hotel subject to availability at the time.


Check-in will be on presentation of an identity card, voucher (in the case of tourists whose stay has been ordered from a travel agency) and the completed accommodation form.


Rooms will be allocated according to hotel availability on the day of check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee a particular room, floor, adjoining rooms, etc. Requests of this kind are considered to be the preferences of the tourists and we try to accommodate them within the limits of availability and cannot guarantee them. The same rules also apply to the restaurant.

Rates include VAT, breakfast, minibar and access to swimming pool, sauna, SPA. Breakfast can be served daily between 08:00 and 10:30. 


Rates vary depending on the period and the type of room you choose. Half board rate includes dinner. Rates are not valid during public holidays and special offers. The hotel management may change the periods of special offers without prior notification.

Tariffs

The hotel accepts cash (Lei), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), bank transfer (payment is made before accommodation).

Payment methods

Parking is possible at the property, subject to availability. Parking is at your own risk. No reservation is required for parking. Although we take every precaution, we do not accept responsibility in case of theft or damage to our property.

Parking space and cars

We do not take any liability for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items on the premises of the property, hotel, restaurant, bar.

Safety of personal belongings

If we are not informed in advance, all our Rates are calculated for two people.
For the accommodation of additional guests (adults) and children in the same room with parents, for the period 1 January - 31 December 2023 please refer to the table below.

For the period 1 January - 31 December 2023, the accommodation rate includes half board (Breakfast + Dinner). As a result, a supplement for children and adults will be added to the accommodation rate for each night of accommodation, as shown in the table below. Children over 16 years are considered adults.

Any single room occupancy is charged at the same rate as a double room occupancy.

Other than those in the table, no accommodation is possible.

Additional overnight guests; Children's policy

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Pets

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or service in the restaurant to guests who are intoxicated, rude or unruly and whose attitude damages the image of the hotel or disturbs other guests.
We do not recommend the use of room towels at the hotel pool.

Drinks and outside food are not allowed in the hotel. It is also forbidden to drink excessively, to make loud noises both inside and outside, or at times that disturb other guests staying at the hotel.
It is forbidden to throw rubbish of any kind, including cigarette butts, in any place other than rubbish bins or ashtrays. It is also forbidden to light fires of any kind.

Behaviour

Smoking is not allowed in rooms or public areas.
The hotel room is equipped with a smoke detector, which will trigger the fire alarm.

The restaurant is open daily from 12.30-15.30 and 19.00-22.00.
Breakfast is available daily from 08:00-10:30. The hotel management will decide whether to serve buffet or a la carte.
For additional requests (e.g. dietary restrictions, vegetarians), please mention them when booking.

The hotel's policy is subject to change without prior notice.


For special offers, the Terms and Conditions may be amended as appropriate. The terms set out in the offers supersede the above terms and conditions as applicable.

In the event of failure to comply with one or more of the restrictions in these regulations, the hotel reserves the right to take legal action for violation of its private property or internal rules.
